1. About Vetted

Vetted ("we," "our," or "the Service") is a domestic staffing search and matching service operating in the United Arab Emirates and Saudi Arabia. We help families find suitable domestic help, including nannies, maids, tutors, drivers, and caregivers, by searching, vetting, interviewing, and shortlisting candidates on their behalf.

Vetted is not a recruitment or hiring agency. We do not employ, sponsor, or provide work permits for any candidates. The legal hiring process is completed through licensed partners and authorized government channels in your market.

2. Our Service

Our role includes:

• Collecting your requirements through a short intake form or a conversation with our team
• Searching our vetted candidate pool and trusted external sources
• Pre-screening and personally interviewing potential candidates
• Sending you qualified, pre-interviewed profiles, starting within 5 business days and continuing until you find the right person
• Advising on salary expectations, contracts, and trial periods
• Connecting you with our licensed legal hiring partner in your market to complete the hire safely and legally

We stay with you through the process until your chosen candidate has started and settled into their role.

3. Fees & Payment

Our service is offered for a one-time fixed fee, agreed with you directly before the search begins. The fee is never a percentage of the worker's salary and covers the full search until you hire. Payment is collected through secure payment links. Government fees, visa costs, and the fees of third-party legal service providers are separate and are not included in our service fee.

4. Money-Back Guarantee

We commit to finding you the right person. If we are unable to deliver suitable, qualified candidates that meet the requirements agreed at the start of your search, you are entitled to a full refund of our service fee. The guarantee is subject to the following:

• The requirements are those agreed in writing (including WhatsApp) at the start of the search
• You review the profiles we send and make shortlisted candidates reasonably available for final interviews
• Significant changes to the agreed requirements during the search may require restarting the search timeline
• The refund applies to Vetted's service fee only, and does not cover third-party or government costs already incurred on your behalf

5. Your Responsibilities

The employment relationship is between you and the person you hire. You remain responsible for:

• Conducting your own final assessment of any candidate before hiring
• Completing the employment contract and sponsorship through authorized channels, with the guidance of our legal hiring partner
• Complying with the applicable domestic worker laws and regulations in your country
• Providing a safe and lawful working environment

6. Third-Party Services

Legal hiring steps (contracts, visas, sponsorship transfers) are completed through licensed legal hiring partners or authorized government channels. Those services are governed by the partners' own terms and fees. While we select our partners carefully, we are not a party to the agreements you enter with them.

7. Limitation of Liability

Vetted provides search, vetting, and advisory services only. We are not liable for the actions, conduct, or performance of any candidate, nor for disputes arising from the employment relationship. All hiring decisions are made at your sole discretion.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
